January 2009Galesburg Road Runners Club Fun Run January 15, 1009Jim Graham, Steve Helms, Nate Lansing, Teresa Thompson, Dave & Julie Shaver were at the GRRC Fun Run at Glen & Patty’s Sunday the 25th. Even though it snowed this morning and was a little cold but the street was cleared pretty well. It was still a great run. Our club has 3 mi and 5 mi courses at our fun runs.
January Club NewsJanuary Club News NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION My 2008 New Year’s Resolution was to exercise. I didn’t make it. Did you accomplish your 2008 resolution? For my 2009 resolution I just want to run more. Did you make one? I have read that if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. I don’t know about you, but it takes quite a bit longer than 21 days for something to become a habit for me. So remember this as you make your way into your resolution. In 21 days it should be a habit. Good luck on that! HARD CORE RUN
