April 2009 Newsletter

Not many people running.

Did your running survive the winter? My running suffered. I didn’t want to go out into the freezing weather, so I didn’t. Now my running time and stamina are suffering. I am doing better since the New Year started, but still not what I was doing last fall.

The Carl Sandburg Race was this morning. What a great day for a race! Glen, Patty Gustafson & Jim Graham put on a great race and had a very good turnout.
